Arizona Certified Caregiver - All Shifts (FLAG)

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in an elderly-care community. Duties include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creating a home-like environment. Monitor and remind residents about medications, support dementia-related needs, encourage participation in activities, and provide companionship. Role covers 2nd shift (evening) and 3rd shift (overnight) with a $1.50/hour shift differential. Must be certified in Arizona or hold an active CNA credential; willingness to undergo on-the-job training. Emphasis on empathetic, patient service, and growth opportunities within a supportive team. Residency in the state of operation and compliance with state regulations through screening are required.
