Job Summary
Senior Arista Wireless SME leading design, deployment, and pre-sales engagement for enterprise wireless architectures using CloudVision CV-CUE and cognitive analytics. Responsible for hands-on architecture, RF design, ZTP onboarding of Arista AP platforms, AI/ML-powered telemetry and automated remediation, security integrations (Zero Trust, WIPS), and cross-vendor migrations (Arista, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper). Acts as architectural authority, mentors delivery teams, and participates in scoping and LOE estimates for proposals and SOWs. Remote, 90-day contract-to-hire with potential to convert to full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of enterprise wireless design and deployment with Arista cognitive wireless solutions
- Ability to lead design and delivery teams and mentor engineers in real time
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to balance design, deployment, and escalation responsibilities simultaneously
