Job Summary
Arista Wireless SME is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role within an IT services context, serving as the architectural authority for enterprise wireless, focusing on Arista Cognitive Wi‐Fi, CV-CUE, and cloud-managed platforms. The role blends solution design, field deployment leadership, pre-sales scoping, and escalation support, acting as both architect and mentor to delivery teams. Responsibilities include leading wireless architecture/design for high-density, multi-radio deployments (Wi‐Fi 6/6E/7), zero-touch provisioning, cognitive tuning, and security integration; directing deployment efforts in customer environments; guiding junior engineers in provisioning via CV-CUE and leveraging AI/ML analytics; and participating in pre-sales scoping, LOE estimation, and proposal validation. Required and preferred qualifications emphasize hands-on Arista cognitive wireless experience, familiarity with HPE Aruba, Juniper Mist, Cisco Wireless, Nile wireless solutions, and strong design/deployment leadership, with multi-vendor migration exposure and certification relevance. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on execution, pre-sales engagement, and post-deployment escalation support.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of enterprise wireless design and deployment, with at least the majority of experience on Arista cognitive wireless solutions
- Demonstrable ability to lead design and delivery teams and mentor engineers in real time
- Communication skills to interact confidently with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to balance design, deployment, and escalation responsibilities simultaneously
