Job Summary
Argos Shift Manager oversees shift operations in Argos stores, coaching teams, guiding on-the-floor support, and, in the Store Manager’s absence, leading full store operations. Responsibilities include organising warehouse and deliveries, delivering excellent customer experiences, driving sales and profitability, ensuring safety and compliance, and meeting KPIs. The role demands strong customer service leadership, team motivation, operational execution, and a focus on product knowledge and commercial awareness to translate into store performance. Emphasis is placed on being a customer-service focused role model, maintaining smooth operations, and contributing to growth and team development.
