Job Summary
Argos Shift Manager responsible for managing shifts, coaching colleagues, and leading store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties include organising the warehouse, taking deliveries, serving customers, driving sales and profitability, achieving KPIs, ensuring safety and compliance, and mentoring a team to deliver brilliant customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
