Job Summary
Oversee application development, modification, and maintenance of ARGO Teller applications while monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth operations. Install and configure systems, test for malfunction detection, and resolve business system issues by designing new applications and deploying enhancements. Develop strategies to improve system efficiency, maintain full ownership of processes, and ensure compliance with risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory rules. Lead junior associates and act as a procedural expert to support process improvements through disciplined change management. This onsite role in Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of experience, and deep ARGO platform expertise, with a target salary range of $110,947.10 to $140,690.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience working on the ARGO platform
- At least 2 years working on the ARGO traditional GUI (Teller) application
- Extensive knowledge of the ARGO platform
- Ability to understand request/response message flow for a client/n-tier application, various processes involved, and how to debug them
- Experience in connecting ARGO platforms with external resources using NetBridge or other ARGO-specific methods
- Strong working experience of software development, and the software development lifecycle from coding, testing, and deployment
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties
- Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve a common objective
- Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance
- Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization and software debugging
- Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them

- This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future
- Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week
- The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations
- Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense
- Applicants for this position must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
