ARG Assistant Manager

Manage overall store operations and achieve company goals by providing positive customer service, greeting shoppers, and resolving complaints with excellent product knowledge. Oversee general operations including opening and closing duties, loss prevention, safety audits, and preventative maintenance of physical assets. Supervise cashiering functions, train associates, and assist with hiring, scheduling, and coaching head cashiers. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving, stocking, and merchandise resets while maintaining clean sales floors and current signage. Lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager and participate in weekly management meetings to communicate issues and implement new Standard Operating Procedures.
