Job Summary
Set up assigned luxury suite boxes for food and beverage orders, taking and delivering day-of-game orders while managing cash and cleaning boxes upon completion. Assist in pantry preparation, stock suites with snacks, dry goods, and hot food, and prepare chafing dishes and light sternos. Introduce yourself to patrons, explain ordering procedures, present the bill, and secure payment. Ensure complete preparation before special events, including tables, decorations, utensils, and condiments. Implement cleanup and breakdown procedures after the event, assist in pantry cleaning, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to participate in a team environment
- Awareness of customer services and needs
- Ability to understand written and oral direction
- Must be able to lift and carry weight of up to 25 pounds and balance trays stacked with items
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility to maneuver quickly among different areas of the facility
- Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
