Arena Broadcast Production Manager

Manage broadcast signal flow and execute run-of-shows for live events across television, streaming, radio, and in-house videoboards. Operate production systems including vMix, TriCaster, and ScoreboardORD while overseeing LED video wall maintenance and IP networking workflows. Lead production crews through setup, rehearsals, and strike, training staff and coordinating with venue personnel and broadcasters. Develop production budgets, manage equipment inventory, and establish SOPs to ensure quality standards. Support all WesBanco Arena events, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while researching new production technologies and maintaining technical documentation.
