Job Summary
Maintain orderly check-in of customers and coordinate inbound phone calls and reservations with range lanes. Process POS transactions, provide firearm and ammunition product suggestions, and support the online booking system. Assist VIP clients with scheduling range time, conference room use, and catering while managing class signups, memberships, and regular ammunition counts. Handle social media marketing and other assigned duties. This role supports the exclusive members-only 338 Club, requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and use a computer for extended durations.
