Job Summary
Area Work Supervisor: supports coordinated delivery of works and services with subcontractors and internal stakeholders; plans and scopes works to client standards; monitors quality to meet contractual and client expectations; coordinates day-to-day project activities including property scoping and engagement with external delivery partners; tracks and supports achievement of contractual KPIs; builds strong client relationships and serves as a key contact for inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- A current Construction White Card
- A qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance or a trade background
- Experience delivering planned works programs in a similar role or industry
- Confidence working with outsourced service providers and subcontractors
- Experience in building, construction or property maintenance environments
