Job Summary
Lead of Sales Leaders and direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region, shape territory plans and quotas, coach and mentor teams, manage forecasts and pipelines, and foster executive-level relationships with customers and partners to deliver revenue growth in a distributed, AI-enabled sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level
- Strong experience in recruiting, coaching and managing sales teams
- Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to build and manage forecasts, pipelines, and CRM reports
- Ability to develop territories, quotas, and drive regional sales growth
- Proven capability to engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Professional Services, Solutions)
- Strong strategic thinking, financial planning, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
