Job Summary
Lead and develop high-performing community development teams to build relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and community organizations across the Northeast Region. Conduct market research, negotiate with health plans, and execute strategic growth initiatives to advance business development goals and expand access to hospice services. Direct company outreach efforts, coordinate public events, and develop new service areas while analyzing development effectiveness and reporting outcomes to the Division President. Provide coaching to Executive Directors, recommend policy updates, and represent the company at community meetings. Support initial business development for new startups and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and management
- Experience in planning sales strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts
- Flexibility in work schedule
