Job Summary
Area Visual Merchandiser responsible for driving sales and customer experience by delivering strong, inspiring visual presentation across multiple stores; coach and develop store visual teams; implement the Commercial Handbook and global visual merchandising guidelines; support seasonal fashion insights, styling techniques, and trend awareness; partner with store management to execute local commercial plans and sales campaigns; plan and optimize visual merchandising routines including sample picking, layout planning, and displays; support new store openings, rebuilds, and visual maintenance within the area; collaborate with Sales Market teams to uphold brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in visual merchandising or retail fashion
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Solid understanding of fashion trends and styling
- Knowledge of visual merchandising routines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities
