Area Vice President, Solutions Engineering

Area Vice President, Solutions Engineering leading and mentoring a regional Solutions Engineering team in North America. Own the full pre-sales technical experience across enterprise opportunities, driving prospects through evaluation, architecture design, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements while coordinating with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value to customer goals. Guide and scale the SE team, develop repeatable technical playbooks, demo standards, and enablement for the broader SE function. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Customer teams to accelerate value realization, influence roadmap through regional feedback, and represent NinjaOne at regional events. Maintain hands-on credibility in complex opportunities, own strategic technical relationships with prospects, customers, and partners, and ensure successful delivery of technical content across RFIs and evaluations. Manage lab environments, demos, battlecards, and scripts to support a scalable AE-to-SE model. Travel ~30% for strategic meetings and events. Requires strong communication with executives and administrators, deep IT operations domain knowledge (RMM, endpoint management, ITSM), and proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, VBScript), and systems like Salesforce/Jira/Highspot. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
