Job Summary
Area Vice President of GTM Sales for ASEAN leading a senior, multi-country enterprise sales organization to drive top-line revenue through new logo acquisition and upsell across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and wider ASEAN markets. Responsibilities include coaching RVPs and Enterprise Account Executives, defining and executing the Go-To-Market strategy with cross-functional partners (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Data Science), and developing senior-level relationships with key targets and executive stakeholders. Requires 10+ years of enterprise GTM software sales experience and 8-10 years in people management; domain expertise in Data/AI/Analytics and strong C-suite communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise GTM software sales experience
- at least 8 to 10 years of people management experience including managing RVPs
- deep understanding of the ASEAN commercial landscape
- background in selling Data, AI, Analytics, or related concepts to large enterprises
- strong ability to develop vision alignment with prospects and customers
- experience building and scaling GTM organisations across multiple ASEAN markets
- domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration preferred
- excellent communication at the C-suite level across cultures
