Job Summary
Drive the strategic relevance of the company and share of all practice lines within the assigned area by building and managing successful sales teams to obtain growth in target markets. Oversee strong financial and P&L management while leading, motivating, and directing others to make sound business and administrative decisions. Requires 10+ years of relevant experience in AV, IT, Telecom, or technology environments with a college degree preferred. Located in the Cincinnati area, this role supports FORTÉ's mission to design systems that power smarter, more connected workplaces as a 100% employee-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the AV, IT, Telecom or technology environment
- Experience building and managing successful sales teams while obtaining growth in target markets
- Strong Financial and P&L Management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct others, while making sound business and administrative decisions
- Results-oriented mentality with excellence communication skills
- at least 10+ years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- A college graduate is preferred with emphasis in Business Administration or Marketing
