Job Summary
Area Vice President (Coronary) Southeast leading a field-based sales organization within Abbott’s Vascular division. Drive sales strategy, revenue and margin targets, forecast and plan at territory/region levels, and ensure KPI performance. Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse high-performing team; foster collaboration and integrity across Marketing, MedEd, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence. Manage pricing, contracts, and key opinion leader relationships, and provide market insights to stakeholders. Travel 50–75% is required. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to deliver vascular disease-treatment solutions and meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of successful people management
- 10+ years in medical devices, preferably in a regulated environment
- Willingness to travel 50–75% for regional/national initiatives
