Job Summary
Area Transient Sales Coordinator for Hotel Bardo Savannah role focuses on coordinating luxury transient reservations and amenities for high-value guests, maintaining relationships with travel advisors and partner agencies, ensuring accurate rate loading and VIP notes, assisting with pre-arrival planning, monitoring rooming lists and reservation modifications, supporting entertainment/logistics and production coordination, coordinating VIP arrivals and special accommodations with hotel operations, and providing administrative and sales support including weekly production reports and forecasting. The role involves CRM/PMS management, familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems, and collaboration across sales, reservations, revenue management, and front office. Requires 1–2 years of hospitality experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hotel or hospitality experience (sales, reservations, or front office is a plus)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with systems like Opera PMS or Cloud, Powerpoint and Excel
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
