Job Summary
Drive sales at approximately four Walmart Wireless locations by surpassing personal and location goals while mastering our sales process to maximize profitability. Optimize time across multiple stores to deliver unmatched customer experiences and recommend effective solutions based on up-to-date product knowledge. Connect with customers and team members to foster collaboration and maintain a fervor for sales. This role requires availability for evenings and weekends, a personal vehicle, and the ability to travel during operational hours. Uncapped commission and bonuses are available alongside employer-paid benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
- A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
