Drive sales at approximately four Walmart Wireless locations by surpassing personal and location goals while creating unmatched customer experiences. Optimize time across multiple sites to maximize profitability and master the sales process to smash targets. Stay current with product knowledge to recommend effective solutions and connect with customers and team members. Maintain personal accountability and embrace a collaborative approach. Availability includes evenings and weekends; a personal vehicle and travel during operational hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
- A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
