Job Summary
Area Teller Specialist provides friendly, accurate teller services across multiple branch locations within the district, identifies customer needs and refers opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions, supports teller operations, educates customers on available banking products and digital capabilities, and ensures compliance with bank policies and security standards. Responsibilities include processing transactions, servicing vault/ATM/night deposits, and traveling regularly to support staffing across branches while maintaining a positive customer experience across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations
