Job Summary
Area Technical Manager in Hyderabad to manage valuations, technical audit, and set up standard processes; monitor technical evaluation in the location/branch. Responsibilities include controlling NPAs and identifying legal actions for stress contracts, managing portfolio movement and loss reduction, maintaining zero delinquency within defined parameters, ensuring timely payments and debt recovery with in-house and external legal teams, coordinating with operations, credit, and sales, identifying channel partners aligned with TATA Capital philosophy, ensuring customer satisfaction, mapping market trends, enforcing SLAs, and supervising collections teams to implement a recovery agenda while ensuring regulatory compliance with Audit/NHB/IRB rules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree (Masters/Post Graduate optional)
