Job Summary
Oversee the full vendor lifecycle including identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management for property valuers and technical vendors across South India. Build and maintain strategic relationships with these partners while ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of services. Manage regional field operations and coordinate effectively with stakeholders fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi. This role requires 5-8 years of experience in technical operations within real estate, mortgage, or financial services, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in managing vendors and regional field operations
- In-depth understanding of property valuation and quality assurance frameworks
