Job Summary
Coordinate personnel services by managing hiring processes, including pre-screening, reference checks, and Form I-9 compliance, while leading onboarding and orientation sessions. Oversee the Paycom system, process workers' comp and liability claims, and maintain accurate staff records and training documentation in adherence to federal, state, and local laws. Facilitate safety meetings, monitor time and attendance, and ensure compliance with learning programs and job description updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA regulations, while advising upper management on all staff matters. Maintain positive relations with line staff and managers, ensuring all administrative procedures and reporting requirements are completed accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
- High school or equivalent education
- Regular attendance
