Job Summary
Provide relief cover and support to a portfolio of locations within a geographical region while managing a safe environment for staff and customers. Deliver quality service delivery by maintaining a proactive presence in public-facing areas, providing initial reception, directional guidance, and conflict resolution. Enforce site rules and guidance with colleagues, administering first aid assistance if required, and complete legible incident reports when incidents arise. Maintain a smart appearance and commanding security presence throughout the customer premises.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a drivers license and vehicle
- Must be willing to drive 90 mins from home to site
- SIA License
- 5-year checkable work/career history
- Full driving licence
- Access to own transport
- Prior experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- Prior experience of dealing directly with staff/customers
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to adapt
- Security and operational system competence
