Area Support Manager - Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire- 12 month FTC

Area-based leadership role supporting multiple veterinary practices across Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. Partner with the Area Director to provide operational support, coaching, and guidance to practice leaders, driving wellbeing, efficiency, and client/patient experience. Key duties include maintaining regular practice engagement, facilitating change related to the national brand rollout and strategic initiatives, organizing area meetings, supporting dashboards and reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities, assisting underperforming sites with improvement plans, ensuring adherence to leadership and performance frameworks, and providing administrative support across finance, HR, recruitment, and health & safety. Requires strong relationship-building, ability to influence and collaborate across locations, and a full, valid driving licence. 40 hours/week, field-based with extensive travel; home-based setup.
