Job Summary
As an Area Supervisor at Whataburger, you will ensure operational excellence across restaurants by leading teams, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and creating a positive work culture. Responsibilities include strategic management, employee development, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in leading highly motivated teams
- Experience with Cost of Goods control and understanding of Inventories in a restaurant or similar business environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
- Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
- Must be able to drive
