Job Summary
Area Supervisor for Butler Plus responsible for managing operations for up to 25 multifamily communities within an assigned district, splitting time between recruiting, staffing, training, and oversight of a remote workforce servicing communities. Ensures doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed per schedule to client satisfaction; conducts on-site quality reviews to ensure service and safety policy adherence; monitors staff check-in/out and time to completion using proprietary tech; recruits, trains, onboard, and provides continuing education for staff; assists with semi-monthly payroll updates; participates in weekly manager/HR meetings; collaborates on rollout/launch of service at new properties; attends resident events; provides on-call support to workforce; manages workforce inventory and equipment; collaborates across business units to serve customers. Must lift up to 50 lbs. Evening availability required (Sun–Thu 6pm–2am). Remote position in city of need with travel between locations. Benefits include base salary around $42K, company vehicle or stipend, cell phone stipend, health plans, 401k, PTO, and remote work option in the city of need.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week: roughly 2-3 hours per day
- Must be able to work evenings: Sun – Thu 6pm-2am
- Basic employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management
- Experience in multi-site operations
- Experience providing customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
