Job Summary
Area Supervisor responsible for leading, supervising, and managing multiple drive-in units in a designated area. Duties include supervising drive-in teams, recruiting and coaching General Managers/Operating Partners, managing guest service, operations, labor, inventory, and financial goals; developing local marketing plans; ensuring compliance with laws and company policies; and maintaining operational reports. Expect 50-hour weeks with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: At least three years as a restaurant general manager (QSR preferred) (required)
