Job Summary
Supervise daily operations of multiple sites by developing operating budgets, implementing production plans, and assigning work to employees. Manage site goals through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions while ensuring conformance with safety policies and procedures. Respond to customer questions, monitor ongoing work for problems, and review correction plans as needed. Maintain employee attendance records, distribute uniforms, and coach team members to maximize efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of related experience, and valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or relevant field
- 2 years of related experience and the knowledge of the industry
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of asset management principal
- Ability to manage operatives and sub-contractors
- Knowledge about the maintenance techniques
- Expert in various computer programs
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
