Job Summary
Oversee store operations and supervise associates by managing front-end lines, controlling break schedules, and ensuring associates execute cash register procedures and shortage control policies. Maintain safe, secure environments through daily EAS checks, fire alarm testing, and emergency egress management while enforcing loss prevention awareness and conducting "Code 50" inspections. Ensure merchandise presentation meets standards by managing recovery, sizing, markdowns, and floor moves, and coordinate receiving for inbound deliveries and stockroom organization. Handle administrative duties including cash pulls, bank deposits, and payroll reporting as needed. Work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
- Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs
- Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies
- Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred
