Job Summary
Create a positive culture for employees while hiring, training, and managing a crew. Provide customer service training to store personnel and flex business skills to drive efficiency and profit. Ensure Multi-Unit and Store Managers complete duties including accurate reporting, coupon reconciliation, and schedule creation. Verify stores meet standards for costs, performance, labor laws, and sanitary equipment. Develop sales-building marketing plans and lead the opening of new stores. Requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and ability to travel via automobile. Full-time role with on-site location.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of awesome supervisory experience at another lucky QSR
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel via automobile for business purposes
- Must be able to stand and walk, reach with hands, and arms, bend and stoop, kneel or crouch; this job has you on your feet up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

- Ability to wow an audience with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and strategies to keep customers lining up for more pizza
- Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- You have the know-how to analyze store financials, P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor and other financial information to positively impact store operations
- You know how to meet deadlines
