Job Summary
Area Supervisor lead multi-unit operations for Papa Murphy’s, driving quality service, staff development, and efficient store performance. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating an ambitious crew; delivering outstanding customer service; creating and posting crew schedules; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local labor laws; developing and executing sales-building local store marketing; and opening new stores. Requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR, ServSafe certification, strong communication, customer service acumen, financial literacy (P&L and cost control), and willingness to travel for business.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of supervisory experience at a QSR or similar fast-food environment
- Multi-unit management experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- Ability to analyze store financials (P&Ls, break-even, labor, food costs) and positively impact operations
- Ability to travel via automobile for business purposes
- Physical ability to stand/walk up to 75% of the time and lift/move up to 30 pounds
