Job Summary
Area Supervisor leads multi-unit QSR operations, hiring/training and developing crew, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitable store operations. Responsibilities include creating efficient operations, supervising and evaluating staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor laws, posting schedules, and opening new stores. Must analyze store financials and implement strategies to improve costs and performance, and possess strong communication skills and ServSafe certification.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- Ability to analyze store financials, P&L, break-even, food costs, and labor
- Ability to travel by automobile with valid driver's license
- Physical ability to stand/walk up to 75% of the time and lift/move up to 30 pounds
