Job Summary
Area Supervisor responsible for leading multi-unit operations at Papa Murphy's with a focus on hiring, training, developing, and evaluating crews; delivering exceptional customer service; optimizing store performance and profitability; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor laws; creating and posting crew schedules; monitoring reports and reconciling coupons; implementing local marketing plans; and facilitating new store openings. Requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR, ServSafe certification, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and POS, and the ability to analyze store financials (P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor) to positively impact operations. Travel by automobile with a valid driver’s license; physical requirements include standing/walking up to 75% of the time and lifting up to 30 pounds.
