Job Summary
Area Supervisor responsible for leading and developing a multi-unit team in a Papa Murphy’s fast-service environment. Key duties include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff; delivering excellent customer service; implementing efficient store operations; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations; developing sales-building and local store marketing plans; managing scheduling and reporting; and supporting opening of new stores. Requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in QSR, ServSafe certification, strong communication and customer service skills, solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, POS), financial acumen (P&L, costs, labor), and willingness to travel by automobile. Physical requirements include standing up to 75% of the time and ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds. Location is Canon City, CO.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification required
- 5 – 7 years of supervisory experience at a QSR

- strong communication skills

- proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, POS
- ability to analyze store financials (P&Ls, budget, labor costs)
- valid driver's license
- able to stand/walk up to 75% of the time
