Job Summary
Area Supervisor responsible for leading multi-unit operations for Papa Murphy’s, hiring, training, developing, managing and evaluating an ambitious crew, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance and compliance with health, labor, and reconciliation procedures. Role includes creating efficient operations, posting crew schedules, opening new stores, and analyzing financials (P&L, costs) to positively impact store performance; travel to assigned Montrose area; ServSafe-certified food-safety leadership; strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and POS.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of supervisory experience in QSR or related field
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, POS proficiency
- Ability to analyze store financials including P&Ls, food costs, labor
- Valid driver’s license for business travel
- Ability to stand/walk up to 75% of the time
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds
