Job Summary
Create a positive culture for employees while hiring, training, and evaluating a crew. Provide customer service training and flex business skills to drive efficiency and profit. Ensure Multi-Unit and Store Managers complete duties including accurate reporting, coupon reconciliation, and schedule creation. Verify store standards for costs, performance, labor laws, and sanitary conditions. Develop sales-building marketing plans and lead opening new stores. Uphold operational and reconciliation procedures. Requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and ability to travel, stand, and lift 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of awesome supervisory experience at another lucky QSR
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel via automobile for business purposes
- Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- Ability to analyze store financials, P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor and other financial information
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to stand and walk, reach with hands, and arms, bend and stoop, kneel or crouch; this job has you on your feet up to 75% of the time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
