Job Summary
Area Supervisor leading and developing a crew across multiple stores, driving excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, evaluating staff; ensuring compliance with labor laws and health standards; creating and posting crew work schedules; analyzing financials to improve store performance; developing local marketing plans; overseeing reporting, coupon/reconciliation processes, and opening new stores. Requires ServSafe certification, 5–7 years of supervisory and multi-unit experience, strong communication and customer service skills, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, POS), travel for business, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR environment
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification required
- strong communication skills
- exceptional customer service skills
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS proficiency
- ability to analyze store financials (P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor)
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel for business
- physical ability to stand/walk up to 75% and lift up to 30 pounds
