Job Summary
Lead a crew of employees by hiring, training, and evaluating staff while ensuring all stores meet sanitary standards and labor laws. Create efficient operations by analyzing financials, managing schedules, and baking sales-building marketing plans. Provide training to store personnel and ensure accurate reporting for coupons and certificates. Take the lead in opening new stores and travel via automobile for business purposes. This role requires standing up to 75% of the time and lifting up to 30 pounds. You must hold a ServSafe certification and bring 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of awesome supervisory experience at another lucky QSR
- Multi-unit experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel via automobile for business purposes
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch up to 75% of the time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

- Ability to wow an audience with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and strategies to keep customers lining up for more pizza
- Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- Ability to analyze store financials, P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor and other financial information to positively impact store operations
- Ability to meet deadlines
