Job Summary
Area Supervisor leads multi-store operations for Papa Murphy’s, overseeing hiring, training, development, managing and evaluating crews, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor standards. Responsible for creating efficient operations, supervising reporting and scheduling, contributing to local marketing plans, and leading store openings. Requires ServSafe certification, 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR, multi-unit experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, POS), financial acumen (P&L, costs, labor), and travel with a valid driver’s license.
