Job Summary
Assign and monitor daily tasks for technicians while managing occupancy, maintenance, construction, and relocation for all existing and new buildings. Assist in preparing cost estimates, negotiate with developers and contractors, and control expenses within established authority limits. Meet with tenants or department heads to discuss space, workflow, and alterations, supervising the preparation of working drawings and plans. Provide complete services to maintain facility presentation and safety, arranging technical tours for professional, fire, security, and insurance inspections. Manage risk by understanding, reporting, and responding to daily risks per F.N.B. Corporation's program while adhering to regulatory laws and company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 5 years experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- General operational and technical knowledge in the fields of construction and lease-holdings
- General knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, service or machinery, electrical repairs and general maintenance
- Heavy Lifting over 45 lbs
- Constant/Frequent Standing
- Frequent kneeling/crawling/stooping
- Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders)
- Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
