Job Summary
Lead approximately 5 corporate-owned Long John Silver's restaurants by identifying key business issues, influencing decisions, and holding managers accountable to commitments. Drive outstanding reliability, product quality, and financial performance to achieve $1.5MM AUVs and 15% restaurant margins. Establish store-specific performance targets for guest satisfaction, improve sales, and maintain food safety and facility standards. Allocate limited budgets, reinforce new products, and select, train, and motivate Restaurant General Managers and crew. Visit restaurants frequently and perform hands-on operational work as needed to train new staff. Ensure compliance around national brand promotions while working in a QSR environment requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years' experience as a proven Area Supervisor in QSR
- Relationship management; ability to successfully influence and build trust with varying styles and personalities
- Strategic approach to driving reliability, superior operations and financial performance
- Understanding of restaurant operations
- Proven ability to drive results through influence and shoulder to shoulder coaching around success routines and brand standards
- Ability to stand and walk
- Ability to talk and hear to communicate with employees
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to handle, feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to sit, climb, or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Peripheral vision
- Ability to adjust focus
