Job Summary
Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas, including performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities. Perform weekly work zone safety checks and audits, ensuring crew leads submit accurate time sheets on time. Assist with training crew members and prepping them for advancement while communicating daily with the planning and scheduling team regarding job fulfillment issues. Lead by example as a team player with effective communication skills, creating leaders from the field. Requires at least one year of experience in traffic control and flagging activities.

- Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and turned in on time
- Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements
- Create leaders from the field
