Job Summary
Area Supervisor responsible for supervising housekeepers and floor technicians, conducting professional field audits, training and developing staff to meet company standards, managing recruitment in coordination with a Service Manager, and ensuring quality and safety through inspections and standardized work practices. The role requires leadership, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of OSHA standards, familiarity with basic computer and smartphone use for emailing and placing orders, and ability to manage schedules and performance metrics across multiple accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish/Creole is an advantage but not required
- Valid Florida Driver’s license
- 5 years industry experience
- 2 years supervisor/ manager experience
