Area Supervisor (bi-lingual English/Spanish)

Coach, mentor, and develop Custodial Technicians using "The Imperial Way" standards while recruiting and interviewing candidates to build a high-quality field team. Train staff on janitorial best practices and administrative tasks, then address performance issues through progressive discipline with RM/DM oversight. Serve as the primary contact between technicians and operations, maintaining oversight of assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and meeting KPI metrics for touch bases. Manage scheduling, callouts, and time/attendance compliance, substituting for technicians when necessary to maintain uninterrupted service. Ensure client locations are stocked with supplies and report workplace accidents promptly. Respond to client emergency situations during evenings and weekends as needed.
