Job Summary
Oversee total project supervision efforts to ensure personnel, budget, and schedule targets are met. Plan and supervise General Foremen and Foremen on craft activities, including determining construction methods, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedules. Coordinate assigned work with different crafts, company departments, or other contractors while maintaining liaisons with engineering, estimating, and Project Management to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules. Monitor craft compliance with safety programs, resolve construction problems, and manage union communications and jurisdictional disputes. Lead field training programs and closely monitor company QA/QC initiatives. This role requires up to 25-50% travel and involves working in general construction environments with occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Candidates must bring at least eight years of supervisory experience in facility or construction technology.
