The Area Superintendent (AS) oversees field management on large commercial construction projects, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and mentoring workforce, enforcing safety plans, and maintaining project schedules. Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in a relevant field and have 5-6 years of construction experience. Required Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills
- Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and the AutoDesk Suite
- Experienced in construction layout, blueprint reading and shop drawing reading

- OSHA 10 Certification
- CPR & First Aid Certification
