Job Summary
Lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals on construction projects. Direct craft activities, supervise subordinate superintendents, coordinate subcontract work, and manage workforce requirements and productivity. Prepare reports/forecasts on construction progress and expenditures. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project policies, procedures, and instructions. Collaborate with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, Craft Professionals, and Subcontractors; interpret Engineering design documents and vendor documents; apply 4D/5D planning and analytics to drive weekly and daily plans; maintain tool/equipment readiness and field material requisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
